The mistake many people are making is that they are taking what Diablo 3 was after 3 years versus Diablo 4 at release. Once Blizzard fixes class balancing (doesn’t need to be perfectly balanced) to allow for more builds for each class, fix bugs in the game, and adds more endgame content. In time Diablo 4 will become very fun if it survives the current lack of content for people that rushed the game.

The point I am saying is that Diablo 4 is better than Diablo 3 was at each game’s release. There was also the dumb auction house thing where people were exploiting others for money. In Diablo 3 the story was a mess, game felt targeted to a younger audience (13+ audience) with the cartoonish graphics, total disrespect on how they chose to kill off Deckard Cain, and the endgame content was essentially Rift/Greater Rift dungeons as well as clearing areas for the chests in each Act.For example Diablo 4 has a darker atmosphere, a more flushed out story, and item rarity is better in Diablo 4.I've loved every moment since.In certain areas Diablo 4 is better than Diablo 3.

It must have went well, because I joined the community team literally the week after Reaper of Souls was announced. I was finishing leveling my Witch Doctor to 60 when I got the interview call for the D3 Community team. I wound up leveling every class to 60, perfecting my Whirlwind Barb and Crit Mass Wizard. See, D3 launched on our anniversary, and our plans for celebrating was to game together. I had the same login troubles everyone else did, but stayed up late with my boyfriend fighting errors until we could play together. I watched developers get their faces shaved on stage and cheered when servers went live. I was in line, as a fan, at the launch party for Diablo III. I remember quite a few late nights playing my Bowazon, but I never finished the game-I was a really active kid with a lot of extracurricular activities, so I just never got around to it before I returned her copy. My best friend's mom played a lot and, after she learned I was a big tabletop RPG nerd, she loaned me her disc to play offline. I turned 31 earlier this month, and my first Diablo experience was with Diablo 2. I guess it's fair - I'm happy to throw my hat into the ring.
